Dr. Radu Reit is a flexible display expert, whose technical work is focused on expanding the use of UV-curable polysulfide chemistries into the electronic display manufacturing space, with a specific focus on enabling new products for dynamic form-factor displays in flexible or foldable applications.

As part of this advocacy Dr. Reit currently serves as the Chair of Marketing for the Society of Information Display, furthering SID's mission to propagate electronic display and other visual information technologies from concept to market, in order to sustain a thriving industry.

His work on materials for flexible electronics has been published in over a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles and has led to more than ten patents or patents-pending. These works have also been recognized for international awards by the National Science Foundation, the Society for Information Display, IDTechEx and LOPEC.
